Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rhodium Rewards mobile application ("App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Profile photos are optional. By uploading one, you authorize us to store it privately and display it on your Rhodium Rewards profile. You can stop using the feature at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Rewards, Points, and Offers

The App lets you earn points by completing offers, missions, and activities from participating third-party providers (including game offer walls and advertising partners). Points may be redeemed for eligible in-app rewards, subject to availability. Offer availability, completion requirements, and point values are set by third-party providers and may change or be withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific offer, reward, or point value will remain available, and we are not responsible for a third-party provider's failure to credit an offer.

Provider completions may be verified and held pending settlement before points are added to your available balance. Where shown in the App, settled points may be submitted for a PayPal cash-out request at the displayed exchange rate. Cash-out requests require a verified email address, are subject to fraud and eligibility review, and are not a guarantee of payment. We may limit, decline, cancel, or reverse a request where required to prevent fraud, correct an error, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

To protect the rewards program, cash-out eligibility may require a minimum account age, an app-registered device, and a PayPal account that is not associated with another rewards account. Attempts to automate offers, operate multiple accounts, or evade these controls may result in denial of rewards or account suspension.

Membership tiers may be purchased with verified points at the point price shown in the App. A paid membership lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically. If an eligible membership is renewed before it expires, the additional 30 days begin after the current expiry. Membership benefits, point prices, and availability may change or be withdrawn in accordance with these Terms.

Advertising and Third-Party Content

The App displays ads and offer content from third-party advertising and offerwall providers (including Google Mobile Ads, Unity Ads, and Tapjoy). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party providers or the games and offers they present.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use automated tools, emulators, or multiple accounts to abuse the reward system; misrepresent your identity or offer-completion activity; interfere with the App's operation or security; or use the App for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, including forfeiting unredeemed points, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or misused the App. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The App and all rewards are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any particular reward will be available or delivered on any timeline.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhodium Rewards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of points or unavailability of rewards.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rhodium Rewards operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
